We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Predmet Furniture in Bali. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing our sales projects, ensuring the production line, and making a successful delivery for customer satisfaction. As a key member of our Production team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic objectives.
- What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to meet sales targets and objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of sales projects
- Stay in touch with the production team to know each phases of production
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to run the projects
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes and best practices
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the interior or furniture industry
- Strong understanding of project management, interior and furniture work field
- Team player
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Notion
- Relevant degree in Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field
