- Manage end-to-end store development projects, from site preparation, design coordination, construction, renovation, until store handover and opening.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operation, Design, Procurement, Finance, GA, and other related teams) to ensure project execution runs smoothly.
- Monitor project timeline, budget, quality, and construction progress to ensure all deliverables meet company standards.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Identify potential project risks, delays, and operational issues, and proactively provide solutions.
- Ensure all project documentation, permits, handover reports, and administrative requirements are properly maintained.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to the Operation Team.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Retail Development, Construction, or Interior Fit-Out.
- Experience handling retail store construction, renovation, or expansion projects is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of building construction, interior fit-out, MEP, and project execution.
- Strong project coordination, timeline management, and budgeting skills.
- Able to manage contractors, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Willing to conduct regular business trips and site visits as required.
