Lead luxury resort and villa construction projects from blueprint to handover, ensuring flawless quality, strict budget adherence, and on-time completion.
Act as the main bridge between elite consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and internal design teams.
Proactively identify on-site bottlenecks, manage project risks, and execute swift, smart solutions.
Deep-dive into project costs, review expenditures, and optimize resource allocation without compromising on quality.
Ensure every inch of the site strictly complies with local building permits, regulations, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
Run efficient project meetings and deliver sharp, data-driven progress reports to management.
Highly proficient in MS Project, advanced Excel, and modern construction scheduling tools.
English to thrive in our multinational workspace. Mandarin proficiency is a sweet bonus!
