• Under the direction of Customer Success team,
• Project Operations

will be responsible to support client projects. This includes planning, be the first point of contact for client, ensure the implementation will be done in a timely manner, and escalate any issues to the respective team

• Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications related to StickEarn projects.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication across internal divisions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and manage timelines for all client-related activities and project milestones.
• Continuously improve the quality of service and deliverables provided to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
