Uraian Tugas

• Prepare and control project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Manage contracts, including contract administration and variation orders (VO).
• Evaluate site progress and verify work completion.
• Prepare and certify contractor payment certificates.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget efficiency.
• Coordinate with developers, QS consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Conduct analysis and negotiations related to project costs and contracts.
• Prepare regular analytical and financial reports for management review.
• Syarat & Kualifikasi
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience working in a developer company and QS consultant company as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proficient in cost estimation, contract management, and project financial reporting.
• Experienced in site progress evaluation, contractor payment certification, and managing variation orders (VO) and contractor payments.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Willing to be placed in Bali or other designated project locations.
