PROJECT QUALITY LEAD / QA/QC ENGINEER

• What you'll be doing
• Lead and supervise QA/QC activities for shipbuilding, ship repair, and conversion projects
• Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards
• Monitor welding, fabrication, and structural works to ensure quality compliance
• Coordinate inspections with production teams, clients, and Class Surveyors
• Review inspection reports and quality documentation
• Identify quality issues and drive corrective actions
• Provide guidance and support to QA/QC Inspectors in daily operations
• What we're looking for
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a shipyard as QA/QC Inspector
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Hold valid Welding Inspector and NDT certifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively with production teams, clients, and Class Surveyors
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
