Join a dynamic and customer-focused team where you'll play a key role in supporting the Sales Team and Product Manager to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. This position is responsible for coordinating project and sales activities, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects and customer orders. Through accurate reporting, data management, process administration, and auditing, you will help drive operational excellence, support business growth, and contribute to a seamless customer experience
What you’ll do
Provide project coordination and administrative support to Sales and Product Management, managing enquiries, orders, stock levels, pricing, and ensuring on-time project delivery.
Serve as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, supporting professional communications, reporting, and customer updates.
Maintain accurate and accessible project, RFQ, product, and market documentation, including specifications, feedback, and research.
Oversee sales order variations and tracking, while managing product libraries, technical documents, drawings, datasheets, and vendor pricing.
Collaborate across teams to meet project milestones, support customer reporting and meeting outcomes, and assist with issue resolution and corrective actions.
