Global Mandira Semesta is seeking a Proposal / Estimation Engineer to support EPC, O&M, and BOT/BOOM project initiatives by transforming business opportunities into structured, competitive, and financially viable proposals, particularly in water and wastewater projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare CAPEX and OPEX cost estimations for project proposals
- Develop technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements
- Maintain and update cost databases for accurate benchmarking
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization analysis
- Support tender submissions, technical clarifications, and negotiations
- Coordinate with engineering and business development teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Civil, or Industrial)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC proposal or estimation roles
- Strong knowledge of costing and pricing strategies
- Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals
- Understanding of basic financial concepts such as NPV and IRR is an advantage
