Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating prices, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of goods.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, receiving, storage, distribution, and stock records, while ensuring product quality, availability, and cost efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing or Storekeeping, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Familiar with inventory management, stock control, and purchasing procedures.
- Experienced in handling suppliers, negotiating prices, and processing Purchase Orders (PO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and responsible.
- Possess a personal motorcycle and a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Willing and available to conduct direct purchases and on-site shopping when required by operational needs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English is an advantage
