RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily purchasing activities based on operational requirements.
- Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.
- Process PO, quotations, and other purchasing documentation.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and product quality to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and maintain good supplier relationships.
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, budget, and internal controls.
- Prepare regular purchasing reports and provide recommendations to management.
