Analyze supply needs based on purchasing requests, seeking best value from alternate vendors.

Expand the supplier base for packaging materials, raw materials, and general items by thoroughly analyzing and verifying suppliers, creating a supplier portfolio, and mitigating risks.

Conduct negotiations with potential new suppliers on factors like price, minimum order quantity, and sales contracts, comparing options to secure goods or services at competitive prices and optimal value, and recommend new suppliers to the team.

• Update and manage the supplier database, optimizing the sourcing process for operational excellence.
• Foster positive relations for achieving operational and business goals.
• Review and monitor supplier performance for optimal procurement.
• Complete administrative tasks for operational excellence in sourcing operations.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Governance of Commerce (Ilmu Administrasi Niaga), or a related field.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in the Procurement field; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong understanding of supplier relationship management, contract management, supply chain, and procurement software.
• Skilled in cost analysis.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
