Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, packaging, cleaning chemicals, and operational supplies.
• Ensure all outlet requirements are fulfilled and delivered according to schedule.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on operational requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to improve cost competitiveness and supply reliability.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations based on quality, pricing, delivery performance, service, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, rebates, payment terms, and supplier contracts to achieve the best commercial value.
• Obtain and compare quotations from at least three suppliers before making strategic purchasing decisions.
• Reduce Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) through effective sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Prepare analyses of raw material price fluctuations and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Monitor inventory planning to ensure: No overstock situations, no stock-out occurrences, safety stock levels are maintained, purchasing forecasts are accurate and aligned with business demand.

Supervise, coach, and support Purchasing and Store staff in their daily operations and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
