- Deskripsi pekerjaan PURCHASING SUPERVISOR FOOD MANUFACTURE FMCG PT. NHF Diamond Indonesia
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in purchasing or procurement in the food manufacturing industry
- Proven track record in sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management
- Experienced in handling both local and international suppliers
- 4.
- Familiar with food-grade raw materials, packaging specs, and supplier certifications
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards (e.g. HACCP, Halal, BPOM, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000)
- Comfortable working with import documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for forecasting and purchasing planning
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers
- Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and problem-solving under tight timelines
- Ability to coordinate across departments and able to lead a small team and foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven culture
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
- Willing to work on Saturdays (Half Day)
