- We are seeking an experienced
- Python Developer (AI & Data Engineering)
- to join a strategic technology team supporting the development of next-generation AI-powered applications and data platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
- Python development, AI/ML frameworks, data engineering, and modern software engineering practices
. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI, machine learning, and cloud-native technologies within a collaborative Agile environment.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Python.
- Build and enhance AI-driven applications using modern open-source frameworks and libraries.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and automation solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle using Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployments.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from various database platforms.
- Develop and support data engineering pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to Generative AI initiatives including RAG-based solutions, agentic AI workflows, and enterprise AI integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.
- Strong proficiency in
- Python programming
- Hands-on experience with open-source frameworks such as
- PyTorch, LangChain
- , or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience working with
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as
- Git, Jenkins, TeamCity
- , or similar platforms.
- Experience working with databases including
- RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph Databases
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with
- Generative AI technologies
- , including:Fine-tuningModel DistillationRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Model Context Protocol (MCP)Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures
- Good understanding of core
- AI/ML concepts and techniques
- Experience building and supporting

- Shell scripting and Regular Expressions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives.
- Basic Linux administration and command-line experience.

- Exposure to cloud-native application development and deployment practices.
