Job Description
- The QA Intern will work under the guidance of the QA Lead and assist with the following key activities:
- Execute manual software testing procedures across supported product platforms.
- Generate and maintain automated test scripts.
- Perform AI-assisted manual testing workflows using modern AI tools and agents.
- Track test cases, document execution results, and log defects in the internal Testing Management System (TMS) web application.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing principles.
- Strong attention to detail with a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia / English.
- Ability to commit to the full internship duration and agreed-upon working hours.
- Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with bug tracking or test management platforms (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), or test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium).
- Previous project work, coursework, or certifications related to software testing (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level).
