- Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Middle Level: Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing.
- Senior Level: Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
- Banking or financial services testing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Familiar with FSD, TSD, PCR, and other technical documentation.
- Experienced in test management tools, preferably qTest.
- Knowledge of API testing and database testing.
- Understanding of banking business processes, especially digital banking, credit, loan, and core banking systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Katalon.
- Ability to develop scripts for performance and automation testing.
- Job Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute functional, API, database, and other relevant testing activities.
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure software quality and support end-to-end testing for banking applications.
