Role Overview
We're looking for a QA Intern to support our quality assurance processes by testing our mobile and web applications and contributing to technical documentation that supports our engineering and product teams. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain practical exposure to software QA practices and documentation standards in a real product environment. This is a paid, on-site internship; you'll be working directly with our IT teams at our office.
Key Responsibilities
Perform QA testing across our applications, including
- ○ Mobile applications
- ○ Website/web applications
- Identify, document, and report bugs, inconsistencies, or unexpected behavior
- Write clear and structured test reports, including test cases, results, and identified issues
Produce and maintain technical documentation, including
- ○ Test plans and test case documentation
- ○ Bug report write-ups with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and severity classification
- ○ QA process guides and testing checklists for recurring test cycles
- ○ Release notes and summary reports for tested builds
- Re-test fixed issues to confirm resolution and update documentation accordingly
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to clarify requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Required Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills for spotting inconsistencies or errors
- Comfortable navigating and testing both mobile and web applications
- Strong written communication skills for producing structured test documentation and technical write-ups
- Ability to follow and contribute to structured guidelines, testing standards, and documentation templates consistently
- Able to commit to working onsite for the full duration of the internship
- Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of QA/testing fundamentals (test cases, bug reports, regression testing)
- Familiarity with bug tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello)
- Experience writing structured documents such as test plans, how-to guides, or project reports, and academic work counts
- Prior internship or academic project experience involving testing or technical writing
