Description
- Develop and implement Project Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and procedures in line with standards and client requirements
- Prepare Quality Plan, QC procedures, and define quality objectives & KPIs
- Ensure quality requirements are integrated into project plans and execution
- Develop and oversee inspection & testing plans; coordinate inspections and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure compliance of engineering deliverables, materials, and equipment through reviews, audits, and inspections
- Monitor construction quality and prevent defects or rework through site inspections
- Manage non-conformances (NCR), including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actionsn
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in QA/QC supervision or experience handling QA/QC supervision for at least 3 Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection, and testing standards
- Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, etc.)
- Experience in reviewing ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), procedures, and quality documentation
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements related to quality activities
- Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Willing to be placed in Duri, Riau
