About the role
- We are seeking a dedicated
- QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) professional
to join our team in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring our construction projects maintain the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance. As QHSE, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive management systems that protect our workforce, safeguard our assets, and ensure regulatory compliance across all construction operations. This position is essential to our commitment to operational excellence and responsible business practices.
- What you'll be doing
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems and procedures across all construction projects.
- Possess a valid OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) certification.
- Possess a valid AGT (Authorized Gas Tester) certification.
- Have work experience in the construction or oil and gas sector..
- Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Creating and delivering safety induction and training programmes to all site personnel
- Investigating accidents, incidents, and near-misses, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions
- Managing environmental compliance and waste management protocols on construction sites
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive QHSE documentation, reports, and records
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and managing correspondence on compliance matters
- Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors to integrate QHSE requirements into project planning and execution
- Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings to raise awareness and promote a strong safety culture
- Monitoring and evaluating contractor compliance with QHSE standards
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in QHSE roles, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations, environmental laws, and construction standards.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing QHSE management systems and procedures.
- With experience as a safety coordinator.
