- Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of overall application workflows
- Design and execute QA activities with emphasis on functional testing, including preparation of test cases and test data
- Assist in system integration testing and support user acceptance testing phases
- Prepare and maintain system documentation in English
- Deliver training sessions for end users
- Log, triage, and track defects in the issue tracker with clear steps, environment, screenshots, and severity
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of QA experience, with at least 1 years dedicated to testing large-scale web applications (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, SQL, or other application testing utilities is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
