Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experienced in performing manual testing and functional testing for web-based applications.
- Experienced in preparing, maintaining, and executing test cases based on Business Requirements Documents (BRD), functional requirements, and application workflows.
- Familiar with automation testing using Selenium and/or Cypress with Node.js.
- Experienced in identifying, documenting, tracking, and retesting software defects.
- Familiar with defect management tools such as Jira.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL databases for data validation and testing purposes.
- Able to understand business requirements and translate them into structured test scenarios and test cases.
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other project stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
