Job Description

Review and evaluate calls, emails, and other communication with customers to ensure they align with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.

Perform regular audits of collection agents’ work and customer interactions to assess quality, professionalism, and adherence to protocols.

Work closely with the Collection Team to address performance gaps, improve techniques, and ensure knowledge of best practices and legal compliance.

• Conduct a thorough checking for emergency contact (EC) data verification in the collection process.
• Document all quality assurance findings, training sessions, feedback, and corrective actions taken.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate from any major.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Quality Assurance or in a similar role, preferably in the collection industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills with ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
