Quality Assurance Engineer

Jambix is a web-based Travel Management System designed for Destination Management Companies (DMCs), direct sellers, and travel agencies. We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our platform by testing new features and working closely with our development team.

• What You'll Do
• Perform manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists.
• Identify, document, and report software defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing before releases.
• Test web application functionality, usability, and user experience.
• Perform basic API testing using Postman.
• Collaborate with developers and the Product team to understand requirements and expected functionality.
• Maintain testing documentation and contribute to improving QA processes.
• Learn and support automated testing initiatives as the product evolves.
• What We're Looking For
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of software testing concepts, including functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test case documentation.
• Experience using Postman for API testing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SQL or databases is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
