Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Pharmacy
- Fresh Graduates are welcome, prefer experience 1-3 years
- Have an active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) and SIPA (Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Well-Organized Administration
- Strong commitment, discipline, and willingness to learn
- Physically and mentally healthy
Job Description
Implement and ensure the quality system complies with all applicable regulations.
Collaborate with management and the Traditional Medicine Technical Person in Charge (PJT) to develop, execute, and evaluate the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Work alongside management and the Traditional Medicine PJT to create, implement, and evaluate the company's Quality Risk Management framework.
- Ensure and evaluate the proper implementation of the documentation system for all quality records in accordance with prevailing regulations.
- Organize and oversee internal and external training programs for all relevant personnel.
Partner with the Traditional Medicine PJT to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements from key stakeholders, including BPOM, suppliers, and Halal certification bodies.
- Evaluate and review all batch processing and batch packaging records.
- Coordinate with the Traditional Medicine PJT to approve or reject finished goods for sale, taking all relevant quality factors into account.
- Verify that every product batch is manufactured and inspected in strict compliance with distribution license (izin edar) requirements.
- Systematically and consistently uphold all company policies and regulations.
