- Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication or related industries (have experience in Quality Assurance is advantages).
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of quality inspection methods, measuring instruments, and testing procedures.
- Familiar with General and Special Inspection processes throughout manufacturing operations.
- Experience in inspecting production processes,material products,painting quality, packaging, and final product quality.
- Understanding of welding, machining and fabrication processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and experience supporting ISO documentation, internal audits, and quality reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Active English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products comply with customer specifications and company quality standards.
Conduct General Inspection and Special Inspection on production processes, fabricated components, assembled products, painting and packaging.
- Ensure production, painting, packaging, and preservation processes comply with approved procedures and quality requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, quality records, and related documentation accurately.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Assist in preparing QC reports, quality performance data, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) documentation.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and assist in implementing audit findings.
- Monitor production quality and identify potential defects or non-conformities before product delivery.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Service, Warehouse and QHSE teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and applicable industry standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
