🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quality Control
- Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor workmanship and construction quality from start to completion.
- Conduct inspections for structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP works.
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming work.
- Prepare and follow up
- Snag List / Punch List
- Monitor corrective actions and ensure defects are properly resolved.
- Conduct material inspections and verify materials against approved specifications.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and subcontractors regarding quality issues.
- Prevent unnecessary rework through early identification of construction problems.
- K3 / HSE Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of
- K3 / HSE procedures
- on site.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Ensure workers use appropriate
PPE / APD
- , including helmets, safety shoes, safety glasses, masks, gloves, and full-body harness where required.
- Monitor safe working practices for high-risk activities such as working at welding, grinding, cutting, lifting, and electrical works.
- Report safety violations and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in
- Toolbox Meetings and Safety Induction
- Assist in incident, near-miss, and unsafe-condition reporting.
- Support the project team in maintaining a safe and professional working environment.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum
- 2–3 years of experience
- in Quality Control / Quality Assurance within the construction industry.
- Experience in
- villa, hotel, apartment, resort, or high-end construction projects
- is highly preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
- Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Occupational Safety, or related fields
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
- K3 / HSE certification or experience is highly preferred.
- Able to identify construction defects and provide practical solutions.
- Good knowledge of PPE and basic construction safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and under project deadlines.
- Willing to work
- on-site in Bali
