Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate CCTV records, identify deviations, and document audit findings to ensure SOP compliance across outlets.
- Conduct rechecks for disputed findings and provide supporting evidence as needed.
- Prepare investigation findings and quality-related reports as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major — Fresh Graduates are welcome! 🎓
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good observation and (investigation) skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
