About the role
Bali Pro Services is a one-stop property services company based in Kuta, Bali. We look after homes, villas, offices and commercial spaces. We also deliver renovations, shopfitting, maintenance management and project management. Our clients choose us for prompt, transparent and professional service.
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Drafter to support our renovation, shopfitting and maintenance projects. You will turn site surveys into clear drawings and accurate quotations, then track costs until the job is handed over. You will work closely with our project managers, technicians, suppliers and clients.
- Key responsibilities
- Visit client sites to measure and survey existing conditions for renovation, shopfitting and repair jobs
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ / RAB) and cost estimates covering civil, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and aircon/HVAC work
- Turn estimates into clear client quotations, and support package and maintenance contract pricing
- Request and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Monitor project budgets and report cost variances to the Project Manager
- Prepare variation orders when the client changes the scope
- Keep unit price lists and material cost records up to date
- Produce floor plans, layouts, elevations and details in AutoCAD for renovation and shopfitting projects
- Draw aircon/HVAC, ducting, plumbing and electrical layouts for installation and repair jobs
- Prepare shop drawings and joinery details for carpentry and fit-out work
Qualification
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Drafter or Estimator in renovation, fit-out, shopfitting or building maintenance
- Strong AutoCAD skills (2D required; SketchUp is a plus)
- Good Microsoft Excel skills for BoQ, RAB and cost tracking
- Able to read architectural drawings and basic MEP layouts (aircon, plumbing, electrical)
- Knowledge of local materials, labour rates and supplier prices in Bali
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and working English
- Detail-oriented and organised, able to handle several small and medium jobs at once
- Willing to visit client sites around Bali
- Own motorbike and valid driving licence (SIM C)
