Deskripsi pekerjaan Quantity Surveyor PT Arunika Pulin Pratama

PT. Arunika Pulin Pratama is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Based in Cakung, Jakarta Raya, this role is pivotal to our fitting out construction operations, where you will be responsible for managing project costs and budgets throughout the construction lifecycle. The Quantity Surveyor plays a critical strategic role in ensuring our projects remain financially viable whilst maintaining quality and schedule adherence.

• What you'll be doing
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects at the tender and design stages
• Analysing tender documents and specifications to determine material and labour requirements
• Managing project budgets and monitoring expenditure against approved estimates
• Conducting site measurements and surveys to verify quantities of work completed
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers, sub-contractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing
• Maintaining accurate records of all cost data
• Liaising with managers, engineers and other stakeholders to resolve cost-related queries
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations regarding financial management
• What we're looking for
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related construction discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in quantity surveying within fitting out construction projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Autocad, and Sketchup
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction documents
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
