Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with direct experience handling multi-country projects within the F&B or Retail sector. Coffee Chain QS experience will be significant advantage.

• Background in internal control, audit, or forensic cost review is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Architectural and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with contract management frameworks (e.g., FIDIC).
• Expertise in construction materials, methods, and market pricing benchmarks.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
• Willingness to travel

Job Role

Cost Audit & BOQ Validation: You’ll be the master of the BOQ. You will review, validate, and benchmark costs to identify overpricing or scope duplication, ensuring we always hit the "fair price" sweet spot.

Design & Value Engineering: Work closely with the Design team to ensure drawings match the budget. You’ll identify opportunities for value engineering—saving costs without sacrificing the brand's aesthetic.

On-Site Quality Assurance: Get out of the office! You’ll conduct site audits (domestic and overseas) to verify that what’s on paper is what’s on the ground. From material checks to Construction Opname, you ensure contractors deliver what they promised.

Commercial Negotiations: Support the tender process, evaluate vendor quotations, and lead negotiations to mitigate risks like variation orders or scope gaps.
