- Receptionist & Cashier — Shivaloka Sacred Jewelry Sanctuary, Ubud
- Rp 4,000,000 base + Rp 780,000 daily allowance + sales commission. Full BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
Shivaloka is a luxury sacred jewelry boutique on Jl. Hanoman, Ubud — a spiritual space where guests from around the world come to find the sacred power object meant for them. We are hiring 1-2 people to hold the guest experience from the door to the doorstep.
- What you'll do
- Welcome every guest
- Offer refreshments and read what each guest needs
- Operate POS system and update Google sheets — sales, payments, invoicing, end-of-day reconciliation
- Explain warranty, returns, and the loyalty program
- Package each piece beautifully, with all sacred inserts and care cards
- Ask happy guests for Google reviews at the right moment
- Receive repairs, coordinate with our production workshop, handle returns within policy
- Keep packaging stock, refreshment station, and front-of-house clean and ready
- Participate in daily ceremony and altar care on rotation
- Cash and POS reconciliation happens and is checked daily — the system protects you as much as it protects us.
- What we're looking for
- Experience in luxury hospitality, 4–5 star hotel front office, high-touch retail cashier, or spa/wellness reception
- Strong, tidy cash accuracy
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken
- Warm, calm, articulate communication
- Openness to Vedic and Eastern spiritual traditions —
- all rituals are taught, no prior experience needed
- Tech-comfortable — POS, tablets, attendance apps
- Reliable, punctual, beautifully presented every shift
Nice to have
personal yoga or meditation practice; knowledge of Vedic ritual or Balinese/Indian spiritual traditions; luxury packaging or boutique merchandising background; Hike POS or QuickBooks experience.

Schedule
Full-time, shift-based. Includes weekends, public holidays, and Full Moon / New Moon ceremony days. Roster confirmed at onboarding.
Location
Jl. Hanoman, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali. We strongly prefer candidates living within 30 minutes.
