JOB DESCRIPTION

The Front Office team is responsible for the daily operation of the front desk, including guest reception, check-in/check-out, cashiering, and guest support throughout their stay.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk Operations: Welcome and assist guests; handle check-in, check-out, room assignment, and maintain accurate guest and room information.

Reservations & Room Management: Handle reservations, walk-ins, extensions, and room changes; monitor room availability and coordinate with Housekeeping.

• Guest Service: Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints; provide local information and support throughout the guest’s stay.
• Cashiering & Reporting: Manage cash float, process payments, and prepare daily cashier reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or above; Hospitality background preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience in a hotel/apartment.
• PMS experience required; EzCloud preferred.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Responsible, team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
