About the role
The Recruiter is responsible for talent acquisition activities, attracting high-quality candidates, and supporting workforce mobilization for oil & gas and energy projects across Asia and energy services. The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to meet project hiring demands.
- Key responsibilities
- Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for oil & gas and energy projects
- Managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partnering with project managers and stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles
- Conducting market mapping and talent research across state.
- Ensuring recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies
- Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
- Providing regular updates, hiring reports, and analytics to management
- Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Supporting onboarding and mobilization activities for successful candidates
- About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years in recruitment
- Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in a diverse workplace environment
- Proficiency in recruitment systems and Microsoft Office tools
