- Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions across different business functions within the expected timeline..
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- , preferably handling specialized positions and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
- Highly resilient, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
