Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue target.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers within recycling and waste management industry.
- Build and maintain relationship with existing clients while expanding company’s customer portfolio.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend strategies to improve business growth.
- Lead, mentor and develop the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and presentation for management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales manager, business development manager or similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recycling, waste management, environmental services, manufacturing, commodities or industrial sectors will be an advantage.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and manage a sales team.
