Job Descriptions
- Manage product licensing and registration
- Halal certifications and compliance
- Review and approve product formulations with the R&D team to ensure compliance with BPOM limits for food additives (BTP), allergens, and nutritional standards.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and anticipate changes in Indonesian regulations (BPOM, SNI, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Trade) affecting the F&B industry.
- Act as the primary regulatory advisor for cross-functional project teams during the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or a closely related scientific field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry. At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of Indonesian F&B regulations (BPOM laws regarding food additives, labeling, and claims).
- Certified in Halal Assurance System (Sistem Jaminan Halal / SJH) implementation is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of meticulousness and attention to detail.
