Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, Directors, and key corporate stakeholders to develop long-term partnerships with GWS Medika.

Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level clients, ensuring a professional, personalized, and seamless experience throughout their engagement with GWS Medika.

Coordinate and oversee medical service arrangements for senior-level and corporate clients, working closely with internal medical and operational teams.

Develop and maintain a strong professional network within Mandarin-speaking business communities to generate new corporate opportunities.

Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate medical services and healthcare solutions, contributing to client acquisition and revenue growth.

• Manage client requests, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high client satisfaction.
• Represent GWS Medika in client meetings, business networking events, and other strategic engagements with senior decision-makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare Management
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Business Development, Client Relations, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with Senior Executives level, Directors, senior management, or other high-profile clients.
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) and English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.

Highly service-oriented with strong attention to detail and the ability to provide a personalized and premium client experience, including strong coordination and problem-solving skills, particularly when handling urgent or sensitive client requests.

Confident in representing the company and communicating professionally with senior executives and business leaders.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Willing to travel or attend off-site client meetings and corporate networking events when required.
