About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to expand market coverage and build strong relationships with key decision makers. The role focuses on generating project enquiries, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful project execution.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate project enquiries from corporate houses, consulting firms, public/private sector entities, and NGOs.
- Prepare quotation requests and coordinate with design/estimation teams.
- Develop and submit techno-commercial offers to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and secure timely payments or letters of credit.
- Coordinate with customers and head office for smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports.
- Conduct marketing and promotional activities.
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Explore and develop new markets within the country/region.
- Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
- Sales experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Crane / Installation / Fabrication / Construction industries.
- Technical knowledge in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
