We are looking for an experienced and proactive QA Assistant Manager / Manager to lead quality control operations in our garment manufacturing facility.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of QA experience in apparel manufacturing

- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control processes on the production floor.
- Handle technical audits and quality compliance for global apparel buyers.
- Communicate effectively with production teams, buyers, and internal departments to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare quality reports, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant QA experience in the garment/apparel industry.
- Hands-on experience facing global buyer visits and technical audits.
- Strong problem-solving and flexible communication skills.
- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Language: Intermediate English (written and spoken).
- Reporting: Ability to write clear quality reports and present defect analysis/improvement plans using PowerPoint (PPT).
