RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT INTERPRETER SUPERVISOR

What you'll be doing

• Facilitate clear technical communication and real-time interpretation between Japanese and national staff.
• Assist and provide interpretation support during technical meetings and operational alignments with HQ Japan.
• Manage administrative documentation, operational data, testing records, and research reports within Technical Operations.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Japanese Language/Literature preferred (open to all majors with proven language proficiency).
• Mandatory JLPT N2 or N1 certification.

Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Japanese Interpreter / Translator (experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment is a strong advantage).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to be based at Factory 1, Karawang, West Java.
