- Minimum experience of 1-2 years
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Possess a broad professional network
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of research and innovation ecosystem
- Ability to work in accordance with research and innovation procedures
- Proficient in using Mendeley, NVivo 12, SPSS, Anova, and Smartpls Software
- Encourage and facilitate UMN lecturers in conducting research and innovation activities.
- Provide support and guidance to lecturers throughout the research and innovation process.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to support research and innovation initiatives.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen collaboration with external partners to support research and innovation activities.
- Facilitate partnerships and collaborative projects related to research and innovation.
