- We’re currently hiring multiple Receptionists for FDC Dental Clinic Bali.
- We’re looking for someone who stays calm, moves fast, and knows how to handle people well.
- What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visit
- Providing clear information about services and clinic procedures
- Handling administrative tasks, including patient data and insurance
- Coordinating schedules with the medical team
- Responding to patient feedback and assisting with payments
- Keeping the overall experience smooth, neat, and professional
- What We’re Looking For
- Minimum education SMA/SMK
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Comfortable handling admin tasks and paying attention to details
- Familiar with basic systems or software
- Good communication skills and able to stay calm in a fast-paced setting
- Willing to work 6 days a week with a shift system
