Key responsibilities for the Reservation Agent at TMS Tour & Travel include managing reservation requests from customers, providing detailed information about our tourism products, and ensuring all bookings are processed accurately and promptly.
You will also be responsible for marketing and promoting our various tourism offerings, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, and maintaining strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
