Sales & Reservations Manager – Dive Operator in Indonesia

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Reservations Manager to oversee bookings, agent relationships, guest communications, and reservation administration for a dive operator in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales and customer service skills with hands-on experience using INSEANQ and a good understanding of the dive travel industry.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage direct and agent bookings from inquiry through departure.
• Prepare quotations, confirmations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Manage cruise occupancy, cabin allocations, waiting lists, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for travel agents and guests.
• Maintain accurate booking records and manifests in INSEANQ.
• Support marketing activities such as newsletters, trade shows, and promotional campaigns when required.
• Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 year of experience in reservations, tour operations, hospitality, or liveaboard management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience working with travel agents and international clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Preferred
• Experience in dive travel or liveaboard operations.
• Dive certification and knowledge of Indonesian dive destinations.
• Additional languages such as French or German.
