• Assistant Restaurant Manager
• 📍 Location: Sanur, Bali
• We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
• 📋 Job Responsibilities
• Assist the owner with daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily stock checks.
• Supervise customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, payment records, and operational reports.
• Ensure employees follow restaurant SOPs.
• Submit daily operational reports to owne.
• ✅ Requirements
• Previous experience in restaurant operations or team supervision.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage staff and handle daily operational issues independently without remind.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
• 💰 Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: IDR 5,000,000/month
• Attendance Bonus: IDR 300,000/month
• Performance Bonus/service fee: IDR 1,000,000–3,000,000/month
• Staff meals provided.
