• to join the Masonry. Restaurant Uluwatu team in South Kuta, Bali. This is a

As a Restaurant / Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining service standards, supervising staff, and upholding the reputation of our establishment. This position is essential to our day-to-day operations and directly impacts guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Domicied in Bali, Able to join immediately.
