Job Descriptions

• Supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address customer complaints effectively
• Monitor food presentation, portion control, and service quality
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and peak hour efficiency
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery
• Analyze financial reports and assist in reaching revenue targets
• Enforce hygiene standards and company policies
