- Male or Female (depending on the position).
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the same or a similar position within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed at Pan Pacific Jakarta.
