Job Description

• Manage overall daily operations and performance of the assigned restaurant branch.
• Lead and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure sales targets, service quality, food quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Control cash, POS, stock, food costs, and wastage.
• Monitor equipment, maintenance, and overall branch readiness.
• Identify operational issues, take corrective action, and report critical issues to the Area Manager.
• Prepare regular branch performance reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in QSR operations.
• Experience with McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or equivalent QSR brands is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Must not have previous work experience in Kuwait.
