About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Wahaha Seminyak Badung Bali. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and smooth running of our busy restaurant operation.
- What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating the work of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed
- Assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Providing support and guidance to the restaurant manager as required
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
